The hanging weight of our cows is usually between 425-500 lbs. When purchasing a quarter beef, each cut (steaks, roasts, etc.) is divided when butchered to make sure every order contains an even distribution of cuts.
At harvest, you will receive an invoice based on the weight of an actual animal. The cost is $7.00/lbs on the hanging weight of the animal, including processing .
The total price per quarter beef will be in the range of $745-$875.
We are happy take your credit card as payment, however we will charge a 3% processing fee on the balance after the deposit. There is no processing fee for the deposit.
