The hanging weight of our cows is usually between 425-500 lbs.
When purchasing a half, each cut (steaks, roasts, etc.) is divided when butchered to make sure every order contains an even distribution of cuts.
At harvest, you will receive an invoice based on the weight of an actual animal.
The cost is $6.00/lbs on the hanging weight of the Whole Beef, including processing costs.
The total price per whole beef will be in the range of $2500-$3000.
For Half Beef the cost is $6.50 on the hanging weight, including processing cost.
The total cost per half beef will be in the range of $1380-$1625
We are happy take your credit card as payment, however we will charge a 3% processing fee on the balance after the deposit. There is no processing fee for the deposit.
